BIOGRAPHY
I am a life-long resident of So. Florida. A former State of Florida Certified Residential Appraiser for 17 years, having owned my own company, Robinson Appraising during the 2000s before going full time in 2009 into real estate sales, specializing in foreclosure short sales and loan mitigation.
I was a Florida licensed mortgage broker for 15 years, in a partnership, prior to that and have been for the last two years a licensed Home Inspector with National Property Inspections.
First licensed as a real estate agent in 1981, I have been in some form of real estate my entire life, starting as a young adult in our family-owned furniture and interior design business, with family-owned property doing leasing and maintenance.
I have concluded both residential and commercial transactions, as both an owner and Agent and have conducted both residential and commercial appraisals up to about $15 million in value. I have also served as an expert witness in both court cases involving real estate and Ad Valorum (Property Tax) abatement.

Home Inspection
For the costs of having a home inspected by a professional , unless you are very familiar with the various elements of construction, not doing a home inspection is unwise. I always recommend one in 99% of the sales I'm involved with.
I have been working with David Parker of National Property Inspections for over two years now, and I highly recommend his services. Of course if I am representing you as a Realtor, than I generally prefer "not" to be involved in the physical inspection my self, due to conflict of interest but will be there to see any and all deficiencies.
